I couldn't resist. The alleged ringleader of the car-thief gang code-named "The Fakers" is in jail awaiting trial. His name? The Tall. His cohorts, however, The Toothless, The Youth, and The Titmouse, were released on bail. Friends and relatives of the alleged gangsters gathered in front of the Court to prevent the press from photographing them as they left the courthouse.

ReplyDeleteThis is Mom, Chris and Helen greeting you from the computer at Mom's place. We have been totally embarrassed by the criminals' names and may have to censure your blog. :^)) Chris would like to know if Titmouse is the given name or the surname?
Mom is excited about being able to read your blog. We want to know if you are safe? Mom says, Have you made any contact with the missionaries again to get things to the orphanages? Mom is glad to see that you and Stuart get to travel around and do things. What kind of entertaining are you doing? Becky is making a real effort to get Joe into a real nice place called Hawthorn House, next to his apartment. We heard Joe is doing much better, WHEW! Becky sure does a good job with Joseph. Mom is reading a new book out by two LDS men titled, "The Seven Miracles that Saved America." She just finished the part about Lincoln and how prayerful he was about taking care of the country. He felt God intends for America to be free.
In passing, we thought we would mention that Tresa had a dream that Mom was pregnant! Then Tresa thought more during her dream and wondered how that could happen. Mom wants us to say that when we came today she didn't look pregnant to us! Andrew Clark's wife really is expecting their first baby as well as Whitney Chamberlain Vandermyde is expecting their second baby.
Mom thinks it is real great that you can call her from Bulgaria. She brags about it.
Mom also wanted you to know that both Dave and Jan are working as missionaries to help with all kinds of addictions. It is a 12-step program adopted with permission from AA with added gospel truths.
Steve Chamberlain put your names on Mom's missionary map. Mom still has some push-pins if you hear of any more missionaries!
Mom wants to know, has your Bulgarian improved any? When you come home from your mission, we expect your entire talks to be all in Bulgarian. You have 3 1/2 months to learn it. Stuart can take 1/2 the time and you can take 1/2 the time and maybe that will be easier on both of you (speaking at your homecoming).
